Introduction
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoftCoin mobile application (the "App"), developed and provided by Volodymyr Bunchykov ("we", "us", "our").
1.2. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration
2.1. To use the App, you must register an account by providing an avatar, name, email address, and password.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Use of the App
3.1. The App is intended for personal financial tracking: adding transactions (income and expenses), creating categories and wallets, and filtering data.
3.2. You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, to interfere with other users’ accounts, or to distribute malware.

Third-Party Services
4.1. The App integrates with Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Performance), Google Analytics, and Google AdMob.
4.2. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. Please review their privacy policies separately.

Intellectual Property
5.1. All rights to the App’s code, design, and content belong to Volodymyr Bunchykov.
5.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability for Data
6.1. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
6.2. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.
6.3. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee the absolute security, integrity, or availability of any data transmitted or stored through the App.
6.4. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, loss, corruption, or inability to access or retrieve any data stored through the App, even if we have implemented security measures.
6.5. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Account Deletion
7.1. You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed.

Changes to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.
8.2. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Defendant’s residence or in the courts of Ukraine.
